Got my car door replaced here. They did pretty good job, even fixed my old scratches. Only issue- when the estimated date changed, no update from them , called a few times - no one answered. Left a voicemail, they called back next day. Good job overall

My ex was recently in an accident when someone backed into his passenger door causing the door to no longer open once he got it closed. All he wanted was to be able to open and close his door. Gerber said the door was not the problem it was the front door. The visible dent on the front fender is located right behind the headlight which this happened a couple years ago and the passenger door opened and closed just fine. The fender is not the issue! Very happy with the work done by Allison. Took longer than originally outlined but that is the nature of auto work. I will take quality over speed any day and they absolutely nailed it
