My experience with Gerber Collision & Glass was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and attentive but in particular I'd like to single out Jacob, who handled my repair from start to finish. He's exceptionally thorough and professional. Highly recommend this business to anyone needing auto repair.
I am not here to discuss your service, which, in my experience, has been extremely disappointing—though you're not going to accept that. The very least one could expect is to be heard respectfully. Interrupting a customer mid-conversation with a raised voice and a dismissive "Hold on"—especially when they are speaking courteously—is entirely unacceptable Additionally, the manager’s behavior was highly unprofessional. Someone in that position should demonstrate proper manners.
