Hung up on my calls, twice in a row. Thus, I will not recommend or spend a dime anywhere with this company.
This place is a scam. A week prior I discussed price and work. I went to come in only for them to try and up the price on me $200!! Then when I requested my money back they told me it will be in the mail. Completely unprofessional stay away from the Gerber in Downers Grove
I believe they do good work. I've never been disappointed after a job done. I will continue to go here if needed (hopefully never again). That's not a stab at the work....I just hope I don't have to deal with my car needing work again.
Nothing but lies. Ordered incorrect parts. Twice. Ten day job stretched to more than three weeks. Unwilling to take any responsibility. Manager claims not much is under his control. Allstate should drop them as a vendor.
