We had a positive experience the last time we were here. Unfortunately this time around. They gave an extremely low estimate to our insurance company and did not even passable work. Our vehicle was hit on the driver's side, since the accident there has been a really loud thudding sound from when we turn from the driver's side. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give negative stars, I would. This is without question the worst shop I’ve ever dealt with. I had to bring my car back six times — and each time something else was broken or done wrong. The trunk lid still leaked after multiple “repairs,” the bumper kept popping off, hardware was missing, and parts were left broken. They even glued my rubber trunk seal on crooked — who does that?!
