This repair shop did an excellent job repairing my wife's hail-damaged car. They provided clear and proactive communication, completed the repairs quickly, and delivered high-quality results. I especially appreciated the technician who took the time to walk us through the repairs upon pickup. Highly recommend!
I normally don't give reviews, especially one star reviews but unfortunately that is the level of service I received from Gerber Collision. My car was backed into and my insurance company had Gerber as a trusted repair facility so I went with them as I am unfamiliar with the body shops around the area.
