Should be a 0. My mother was in a car accident and was not at fault (someone ran a light). She had her van taken here. Her van did not have any noises prior to the accident. This shop did the repairs and afterward there was a really loud noise coming from the front passenger side where the car accident damage was. This shop claims that the noise isn't from their repairs. John did an amazing job looks like nothing ever happened and they detailed the inside which was very nice considering I have 4 kids that trash my back seat. I would recommend this place to my friends and family they are amazing
Took my vehicle here to get fixed from hitting a deer. It took over a month to get fixed. They changed the date three times to when it was going to be ready for pick up.
They bent back the front bumper on the Civic no charge.
