Took my vehicle here to get fixed from hitting a deer. It took over a month to get fixed. They changed the date three times to when it was going to be ready for pick up.
They bent back the front bumper on the Civic no charge.
Can"t say enough good about this business. Very professional. The work was empecable. Highly recommended.
Rude I drove 45 minutes to this location after another Gerber center recommended them and assured me they accept walk-in estimates. When I arrived, the estimator was on-site but made no effort to find even 15 minutes to assist me. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
I had a great experience with Gerber! I would definitely recommend and will go back! Both, the gentleman that did my estimate and Shelby were so nice and helpful. They had everything set up and ready for me when I got there. They had my rental vehicle set up already, they called me every few days with updates and best of all, they detailed my car!!
