I had a great experience with Gerber! I would definitely recommend and will go back! Both, the gentleman that did my estimate and Shelby were so nice and helpful. They had everything set up and ready for me when I got there. They had my rental vehicle set up already, they called me every few days with updates and best of all, they detailed my car!! They kept me informed of the progress on my car. It was done sooner than expected. When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the interior was cleaner than I've seen it in a year. The employees were all professional, yet friendly. Thank you Gerber employees!
If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely horrible service and labor! I have had to return my vehicle 3x now because they kept giving it back to me unfinished, claiming all the work was done. Awful communication and shotty work at best! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!
Took my daughter car here because our insurance company recommended them after a deer hit her (as my daughter says). They are close to us which makes it nice. I give them 5 stars because they were very professional, let us know what was going on with each step. When your insurance company is involved they go back and forth with them when it comes to the estimate.
