We brought our 2020 Acadia in for repair after a minor accident. In addition to the body repair, the front camera needed to be replaced. They replaced the camera but it still was not working, claimed it was the Rear Imaging Process Module. They would not fix this as part of the claim because they said there is no way the accident could have damaged this. Had to take it to the dealership for a second opinion. This was my second time taking my car to Gerber, the first time after a serious accident. Crystal, Aimee, and all the guys in the back always take such excellent care of me, I can't recommend their services enough! They estimated that they would have my car for over a month due to the damages, but contacted me 2 weeks early to say it was ready.
