Long, but honest review: Stay far away from Gerber Collision and Glass. I brought my 2018 Ford Explorer to this repair shop as recommended by the insurance company. When I was notified that my vehicle’s repair was complete, I was informed that the battery was defective and had to be jumped several times just to start the car. Do not recommend letting this shop work on your vehicle. Part of the repair we needed was replacing a headlight. The headlight doesn't work. They will not fix it. Edit: the shop has reached out and is working to remedy the issue
Susie Berrier at Gerber Collision and the entire team at Miami Blvd Durham NC are truly the best. We have amazing, super experience with them twice. They are very knowledgeable, empathetic and friendly. They made my family and I feel very welcome and at ease while the fixed our vehicles. Their timely intervention made a difference. We appreciate their kindness and hospitality. We strongly recommend them to anyone with Collision and glass issues.
