Susie Berrier at Gerber Collision and the entire team at Miami Blvd Durham NC are truly the best. We have amazing, super experience with them twice. They are very knowledgeable, empathetic and friendly. They made my family and I feel very welcome and at ease while the fixed our vehicles. Their timely intervention made a difference. We appreciate their kindness and hospitality. We strongly recommend them to anyone with Collision and glass issues.
My car has been in the shop for 3 MONTHS for a fender bender!!! Every time I call, they said it will be done in 1 weeks and that week turns into a month. Not sure what they are doing to my car but I am so tired. I just want my car back!!!! I do not come here!!
Slow service and no communication. Was quoted an estimate of 40 hours/8 days for repairs. Currently on week four and just now getting an estimated completion day of next week. 22 days. Made me sign a load level request sheet in case it wasn’t done in that eight days time, apparently for no reason. Don’t recommend.
Stay clear of Gerber Collision! If I could give zero stars, I would! I brought my car to Gerber Collision for repairs on the back of my trunk, expecting professional service. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I immediately noticed that the back camera had been installed incorrectly. Fortunately, they were able to fix it on the spot before I left.
