I was forced to take my vehicle to Gerber Collision by the third party insurance, I tried to fight it because of there terrible reviews, but I was left with no choice. They painted my bumper and in a couple of months the paint was pealing off, I spoke to the manager Dave, ( who is very rude) which wants me to leave the vehicle for a couple of days and will not give me a rental, so I have to pay for Uber’s everywhere because they did a bad job!!! STAY AWAY!!!
I wanted to say thank you to Gerber and specifically Katie! Both my front and rear bumpers had some damage due to impact from road debris. I figured it might be an easy fix but definitely out of my wheelhouse. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and when I showed up, Katie was at the front desk. She came out to look at my car and was able to fix it for me on the spot! My car looks as good as new and it only took a few minutes. She was absolutely amazing and I so appreciate her help.

Took my 2022 Mustang Convertible with minor dent on back quarter panel. Owner came out and was honest and rather than charge me a thousand dollars to repair it, he recommended I contact a dent repair service. Glad I did. Dent repair service did an excellent job for only $400. After that kind of honesty I will be back if I have any other damage or will definitely refer family & friends. Thank you
