My car was expected to be done on Tuesday latest if “no additional damages were found”. Originally was told 4-5 days, called in today wondering what was up with the car after hearing nothing and was told 7-10 days from today and they just started on it. Blamed it on the bad storm which i understand to a certain point. What i don’t understand is the lack of communication.
