Shop is a joke. Avoid at all costs. Your best friends until there is a problem then its not their problem. Ladies also watch this shop as they think you don't know any better and will talk down to you.
Worst place I have ever been to it’s like they took it apart with a screw driver and back together and painted it with a brush it was minor damage and they quoted me less then once receiving the truck did 1 1/2 the estimate I dropped it off in portage then they took it to cedar lake I have no reason why but ok that is besides the point lady at front desk was not to kind real moody while I was there and when I called her answers were I don’t own gerber can’t tell you that no well you work there you can point me in the right d... read more
The people at Gerber are super nice, efficient, knowledgeable & keep you updated on your car! Let alone fast at getting the repairs done. 10/10 would recommend!
