I am very disappointed with my experience at Gerber Collision. My daughter hit a deer and when she went in for an estimate their assessment of my vehicle was inaccurate, they claimed there was “paint transfer” and damage not caused by a deer. After inspecting the car myself, I can say with certainty that the white substance on the front is not foreign paint at all, but the car’s own clear coat delaminating from the impact.
