Taken my cars here previously and didn't have any problems. Just picked up my car and pointed out that I was not happy with the half ass work. They called out Jorge to come speak to me about it. Extremely unprofessional, only wants to hear himself speak and he's right now matter what. Needless to say I'm taking my vehicle elsewhere to have the work done properly..
Gerber was recommended to us through our insurance company after a water jug hit my husband's car on the freeway. Gerber was able to take it in next day, the drop off process was super quick and easy, everyone was soo friendly and the work was completed in 2 days!! We were kept in the loop every step of the way. They did great work! This place is fantastic!
Heidi at Gerber collision and glass was lovely. She helped me out with something that was so inconvenient and was always super nice on the phone.
