Terrible. Got our vehicle without a piece of trim that was backordered. No big deal. I had to call periodically to see if it was in. They assured us that they'd call when it was there. They never called. I called to check one day and they said that it was ready for pickup. Would they have ever called me? When installing that piece, I found an adjoining piece of trim that was not in properly. When I removed it, I saw a large strip of two side tape holding that piece on. I recently had my vehicle repaired here and could not be more satisfied. I swear the car looked like new. The repair work was top-notch and I haven't experienced any issues since picking my vehicle up. Drop-off, payment and pick-up were also a cinch; I was in-and-out in 10-15 minutes maximum for both. They also had a relationship with my insurance company, which really simplified the claim process in terms of ultimate payment.
