My Lexus was in a collision sustaining nearly $10,000 in damage necessitating a lengthy repair job. Devin was amazing throughout the process by giving me personalized service and frequent updates. Other staff was wonderful too, Teresa, Josh and Taylor. I am very satisfied with the repairs and with my experience at Gerber Collision in Woodinville. I would highly recommend them.
This is my 2nd time back at Gerber after being rear ended another time and the service was excellent again! Communication via email and phone, specifically with Theresa, was easy and pleasant! Devin "AKA Cannonball" was my service rep. Super attentive and an amazing job from start to finish. My front bumper and front passenger side door came out looking the same as the day I drove my car (2018 Camry) off the lot. It was super convenient being able to leave the rental car with Gerber at the end and Enterprise coming to pick up the car from there.
