I had the best experience here at Gerber, in particular with Devin who was helping me with my repairs on my car. I brought my car in after it got hit and my bumper was cracked, Devin immediately greeted my dad and I in the parking lot with a smile and made me feel relaxed. While explaining what happened and he was looking at the damage he always explained things so I understood and didnt get lost in technical car jargon and broke down the whole quote that he presented me with so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I highly don’t recommend the Woodinville location, especially if you have to talk to Guy named Devon he is extremely rude, extremely unprofessional and has no business dealing with anybody in the public I would recommend taking your car to any other collision repair place but Woodinville Gerber collision I asked for a manager Or a corporate phone number and was repeatedly hung up on
This was my first time having major damage to my car and I was extremely nervous and stressed. When I came into your shop Devin was very courteous and made me feel at ease. Every employee I came into contact with was very pleasant and helpful. Not only is your customer service top notch, the work done on my car looks fantastic. I really appreciate everyone's help and hard work. I will be referring anyone and everyone to your shop.
Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable. Didn't try to update me additional parts - kept it to what I needed for my car to be functional.
This location treated me so well. Josh and Devin were both remarkable. They listened carefully to what I wanted done and what I did not. They were great with communication and the work was done so well. I highly reccomend the Woodinville Gerber.
