Kevin Ewing with Gerber Collision is the man!! He took amazing care of me when I was involved in a car accident. He advocated for me and continued to follow up with orders and required repairs. This place takes forever to fix a car. My car was supposed to be ready last week, but now I gotta spend another $500 for car rental for another week .They wouldn’t even reimburse me for my car rental. I would highly not recommend this place. I would never come back here again.
All the staff is so sweet! Tim worked on my car and everything came out perfect :) My car looks like it does when I first got it! I definitely recommend this place.
In the early morning of April 3rd I was heading home from work and some older gentlemen rear-ended my 2020 corolla and I seen that gerber had great reviews and I took a chance and boy did they make the process easy and worry free with the weekly updates on which steps were being made to fix my vehicle but at the end of the day she looked like the day she came off the lot very much thankful to Tim and the team at Gerber
They worked with me to try and get my vehicle back in a timely manner. Unfortunately, their hands are tied by the insurance companies and the vehicle took over a month to repair. Not their fault, and they did push near the end to get it back to me after the parts finally arrived. Recommended. Update on May 15, 2025. I made a bonehead move and damaged my vehicle by pulling a fender shroud out. Tim Ferris took me in within a half hour, and 45 minutes later they rolled it out.
