These guys are great. Very knowledgeable and professional. John, Amanda, Holly, and Brandy take excellent care of their customers.
Worst service ever. They kept my car for over a month while I was paying for a rental car. Amanda Turner lied to me everyday about progress on my repair. They never ever had the new bumper I needed. Finally admitted they couldn't get a replacement. I had to go in shop and demand my car back. Guess they would have kept it forever. Even manager was no help. They both lied to me repeatedly. Don't take your car there. I'm telling everyone I know about my horrible service.
Don’t fix the car with Gerber Collision in fisher location. After one month I picked up my car, my car interior plastic pop up. The worst location to fix the car. My car AC doesn’t blow the air. The Gerber staff did a great job on our repair! From beginning to end, they were friendly, honest, professional, and informative! I would highly recommend them!
