Really good customer service the staff is friendly and good communication throughout the process from estimate to ordering and updates throughout the repair.
Had repair work done after an accident. Quality work! They even made a quick repair that was not caused by the accident.
I strongly recommend you DO NOT use this business for any repair work. Our vehicle was taken in for repair work and came back with more problems that have not been resolved even after 4-5 weeks of empty promises. They damaged the leather of the seats and have said they will fix it, but more than a month later, nothing has happened other than people saying they’ve made calls, and they’ll let us know when they hear something. Let me start off by saying the ladies I felt with in the office have all been great. But with that being said, I have been waiting in a call from the manager for two weeks now. I have stopped in and called several times trying to connect with him. Every time I call, he is “in a meeting” and will call me back, which has yet to happen. When I stop in, he is either “gone for the day” or “on lunch” and will call me when he returns.
