My 2024 Jetta was hit in the left quarter panel. I took my car here because they were recommended by my insurance company. I was told it would be a wait to get scheduled from late December to late January before I could get it in, sure I understand. They said they would have the parts there and everything would be ready to go i would drop my car off on Tuesday and pick it up Friday. Simple, great!! Here we are a week past due and I'm told it will be another half week!!

Outstanding service! I had to come back 15 months after a body repair to have a trim piece reattached that was loose. Manager John took quick look, advised he'd order new a trim piece as a clip broke. Came back 1 week later when part arrived. Was told 15 minute job, had it done in 5 minutes! No charge.
