I left my vehicle with them on 7/30/25 to fix damages from a fender bender accident (5k with parts and labor total) and they kept pushing the completion date back which is now 9/18/25. I can't even get a hold of someone to talk to unless they reach out to me - which is once every blue moon, not like 2x a week as they promised. I'm really impressed with Gerber Collision Center in Des Plaines. They fixed my car quickly and did a great job with the repairs. They also took care of my rental car. The customer service was fantastic, thanks to Luis and Renee who were very kind and helpful. I'm glad that I found this place. They provided excellent service. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing repair.
