Luis was great to work with. Really good work from the team at the Gerber in Des Plaines. 10/10
5 weeks to get repairs completed on a vehicle that didn’t require that time for completion. Stay away from this place at all cost. Left the car a mess and dropped the ball constantly on the process of repair. If you want a body shop to handle your vehicle is the most backwards process this is your shop of choice. Ask for Luis he will tell you that all parts are here but still ordering parts a couple of days from completion date. This is a high risk body shop
Disorganized body shop.Left the trunk all a mess. Car was a mess and fumbled the bag when it came to the repairs on the vehicle. Stay away from this place. Not worth the your time or money. Take it somewhere else. Here you are paying for excuses and disappointment.
