I left my vehicle with them on 7/30/25 to fix damages from a fender bender accident (5k with parts and labor total) and they kept pushing the completion date back which is now 9/18/25. I can't even get a hold of someone to talk to unless they reach out to me - which is once every blue moon, not like 2x a week as they promised. When I try to call, I get send around to different places, only to get disconnected. I went to Gerber to see if I needed a new windshield. Renee, front desk professional was beyond kind and helpful. I always appreciate how sincere and authentic she is. Luis assisted me right away.
