I did not have the fortune of other reviewers and am surprised to see how far their experience deviated from mine. After a car accident, I chose the Gerber Dearborn location based on their great reputation. It was difficult to make an initial photo estimate appointment due to a holiday weekend and limited availability in their schedule. Once booked, they called about an hour or two before to change the appointment because they had double booked.
