Had a drunk driver total my car and they summed everything up for insurance. Explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Constant contact to keep me up to date with the process step by step. Very professional. Easy process.
Sam was amazing with keeping me updated and making sure my vehicle came back looking better then when I got it off the lot thank you so much Sam and everybody that helped work on my vehicle
The staff was professional and friendly. Said (Sam) was great to deal with. He kept me up-to-date on progress and the repair work was flawless. Great job by the shop!
My experience with Gerber Collision started back in July 2024. My SUV was in an accident and through my insurance company it was suggested to use them as they were a preferred collision shop and they guaranteed their work. I agreed. I will keep my review directed to a specific employee name Sam. Sam was more than pleasant, professional and provided excellent customer service.
