By far THE worst experience I've ever had at an auto shop. They inspected my car for a repair I went in for 2 weeks ago and i was given a quote of $66.77. Walk out today 2 hours later paying the bill, with a new white paint scratch on the back of my mirror like they ran into something and a 6" gouge going through my drivers side glass window. Oh and an estimate for a new $2,400 door!!! When I told them both of those scratches were NOT on my NEW car 2 hours ago, the estimator said "you wouldn't have known, your car is dirty."... read more
I highly recommend South of The Square Collision in Medina Ohio. My Brand New Corolla was vandalized in Akron and my entire hood needed to be replaced. South of the Square made it look like NEW !!! They don't cut corners and pay attention to great detail. They have a great staff and the service was outstanding !!!!! I will use again if ever needed !!
Quality work accompanied by a great staff, they made the process very easy and I was very impressed with the fianl results of the repairs of my car.
