They were very nice and answered all of my questions. Returned my car when they said they would. It's only been a few days and rainy but from what I can see the work appears fine. Haven't seen it in the sun yet. My only problem was my battery had to be jumped the day after I got my car back which was unexpected and freaked me out a little.
Gerber auto body the worst body shop ever been to, had my vehicle for 26 days supposed to fix scratches, gave back to me with scratches that needed buffed out, seat cover was missing, they ordered drivers side mirror when the passenger side was broken, had to take it back, window visors missing, picked up today my wiper blade was missing they said it wasn't on there and I had no pictures, it's raining and I have to drive home with no wipers, the worst place I ever delt with
My experience here started really bad. Took my car here after an accident and there was hardly any communication on what was happening with my car. They took too long and when I had contacted them on the day they said I’d get my car back they said they had found more damage that wasn’t noticed the first time. After this I spoke with the manager, Andrew and he has been very helpful since I have been talking with him. He definitely made my experience better.
Horrible experience. Got in an accident on 2/20 and had my car sent to them through my insurance. Has taken them over a month to fix my car and the original timetable they gave me has changed. Not great communication. Will not be using this place again.
They repaired my 6 month old substantially damaged vehicle to very high standard. They were able to source hard to find parts and they stand behind the work they do.
