I have had 2 cars there recently and the work is flawless!!! They keep you up to date on the progress of your vehicle!!!!
There were about a dozen positives, and only one negative. From initial drop off, they impressed the hell out of me, by offering me a ride home. The were CONTINUAL in providing updates and time frames. Every person i dealt with, was professional, friendly and efficient. Was just so impressed that a company still did business in such a good way. Worst repair facility ever. There is literally no communication. My car was delivered to them on November 24th. I received automated text messages from them saying my car was still on track to be completed in mid- December. Luckily I called them the day it told me it would be done, as my car was in fact, not done. I was told they were waiting on some parts. A week later there was more damage found so Ray, the estimator, needed to fill out a form and send it to my insurance for approval. Two weeks pass and I hear nothing, so ... read more
