I recently got my car back from this shop after a pretty bad accident—I hit a pole and the entire left side was damaged, including a bent corner of the cabin that had to be cut and replaced. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but they completely exceeded it. Not only did they finish the work incredibly fast, but the quality is outstanding. I loved how quickly the repairs were completed, the clear and quick communication through the portal on a daily or every other day basis, and how involved the shop was with coordinating my rental car and working with my insurance. It truly made my life so easy, and all I really had to do was work with my insurance on the claim and Gerber took it from there. I’d absolutely recommend this shop! My car looks brand new, thank you!!
So I had to take my car into Gerber for some hail damage. Let me tell you… Ashley and Linda are amazing! The most friendly. The most kind. The most fun! I’m very particular when it comes to my car and take great pride in keeping it in the best condition possible.
