The Customer Service is fantastic!
Amazing work and outstanding customer service from estimate appointment all the way through repairs to pickup. My truck looks great and way better than expected. I have never had to deal with this kind of thing before and I was overwhelmed. The sweet nice lady at the front desk (sorry bad with names) was so very helpful she talked me through the process and answered all my questions and kept my mind at ease. Terrible bodyshop: - let me wait for 30 min - bad customer service - their estimate was 3 x lower than the actual costs. - complete waste of time
Linda was amazing! She was communicative and prompt to respond. She ensured to get my car back to me by the weekend though she had to jump through hoops. She just transferred to this location and I know she is going to make it an amazing shop! I am so grateful because the fact that I had my car back by the long weekend saved me so much stress and hassle!
