Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Being in a fender bender is never fun, but the Gerber team made me feel at ease throughout. I worked with Anthony and Paul who were great at communicating each step of the estimate and repair process, help coordinate a rental car, and worked with the insurance company. I really appreciated the text, emails, and phone calls that helped keep me informed and made everything feel very efficient smooth. I'm very thankful that I worked with Gerber!
I made an appointment to get an estimate on my car. When I arrived, I was told the estimator wasn't in today but that they would take pictures and he would get back to me tomorrow. That didn't happen. Later, I called in to find out how much time the repair might take and ended up hanging up and calling a different shop. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Do not take your vehicle here. They provided a quote of $2,400 for a full hood replacement on a Chevy Tahoe, which only had two very small dents. When pressed, they then admitted it didn't actually need a replacement, they just weren't equipped to repair the aluminum and could only replace. However, they never said this until I repeatedly asked/pressed as to why a full hood replacement was necessary for two very small (barely visible) dents. They did a fantastic job. Kept me in the loop with a brief call every couple of days. Car was ready on the date they promised in spite of the original new part being defective and having to order another one.
