My insurance covered repairs at this location, so I made an appointment for an estimate. Due to that interaction, I decided not to get the bodywork done, and do it myself. The estimator was rude and opinionated about the issue on my car. I kept asking, "ok but can it be repaired or are you saying there's nothing you can do?" These guys will take your insurance money and let you drive a car that is at a total loss. How? Well, a check engine light that was for an “oil change,” ended up being an unaddressed bad steering rack that’s $11K and having to file a supplemental claim. My inside panel was also thrown in the trunk. Great service after being in the shop for 3 months. Please feel free to contact me if ANYONE would like to personally hear my experience.
