Got hit by a deer April 18th about 4 dents and a little of the window outer edge came off. It is now May 27th and they said it would be done 2 weeks ago we called and they hadn’t even STARTED! We then saw it said estimated date May 29th but they are in the build up process. Crazy how you can call this place “professional” and “best in town” worst place I’ve felt with in 35 years!
We have had an absolutely terrible experience with Gerber Collision & Glass on Farabee Drive in Lafayette, Indiana. After being involved in an accident that was not our fault, our insurance directed us to this location, and what should have been a straightforward repair process has turned into an ongoing nightmare. Great experience, car looked oem when it was given back. They even detailed and eased my vehicle for free!!! Amazing work to everyone at this branch. You have got a customer for life!
