We had the BEST experience for our repairs at Gerber. The customer service was above and beyond. There was constant communication from Rich about what was going on with our car and it was so greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely above and beyond with taking care of my car andreassuring me of everything and keeping me fully updated he even stayed late so I could pick up my car after work. He's an excellent person that truly strides for superb customer service If you hear Matt is taking care of you then loosen up your shoulders because that's exactly what he's going to do.
