Irene was the best person I could have met during a bad situation. She was fast to respond, super helpful/informative and extremely kind. You never want to have to take a car in, but if it were to happen again, I would return to Irene.

I have had the unfortunate need to visit Gerber 3 times over the last 10 years. They have always made my repairs as pleasant as possible. They go above and beyond. My car is always delivered in clean and impeccable condition. Their staff is friendly and provisional. The communication and updates are frequent and appreciated. I have nothing negative to say except maybe have some tea in the waiting area instead of just coffee (this is more of a joke). Thank you for always doing a great job!
Irene and the Gerber team on Halsted was awesome. Great customer service. What I loved is that they kept me updated on my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle it was good. I appreciate the great service they provided and recommended anyone to take their vehicle there for service.
Over 3 weeks for a back windshield replacement. Delayed north of 4 times, likely due to it being an insurance claim (lack of profit = lack of service). I still don’t have my car back and was just advised it hasn’t been touched.
