Had to get some work done on my truck and everything went smooth and fast! If you are looking for a place to get good work done this is it!
Came in for an estimate , the customer service service was great. They got me in and out within an hour. The manager offered to order my parts to begin repairs but I decided to wait for repairs. The estimate price are reasonable and time frame for repairs was a good turn around
Would not recommend coming here very rude and dismissive towards minorities told me to go find a little mom and pop shop didn’t even offer me a quote
If I could leave zero stars I would. The office staff are extremely rude and abrasive. This behavior is with both customers and community partners like tow operaters etc. They are supposedly an Allstate preferred shop but based on their customer service I question that designation and made a formal complaint to them. I’m so glad I went with another car repair place and will tell anyone who considers Gerber to avoid the location in Warren.
Friendly understanding repairs done right cleanly! Would highly recommend for repairs.
