Not only did I experience incredible service, as well as compassion and consideration from the team at Gerber but, I watched the staff go above & beyond for 2 other customers while I waited. So, their high level of customer service seems to be the rule rather than the exception. I would recco Gerber Collision and the staff at Blue Ash in particular to anyone in need of their services.
A perfect job looks like new.
Probably a little slow considering the siZe of the repair (replace tailgate). Needs to be open on Saturday.
They do great work with the repairs but my god they’re epically unorganized. I needed them to make adjustments with a repair they did 3 years ago. They couldn’t find the invoice. So I give them the invoice number and they still couldn’t find it so I had to email them the invoice (be sure to keep your paperwork). They said they would call me to make an appointment, never did.
