State Farm referred over to this place for vehicle repair. So I drop by to get an estimate. Mind you, Gerber Call Center called me the day b4 I went. I get there, front desk woman aked for my name and says I'm not in her system. I leave and call the call center from the parking lot and the agent says they have my claim request and calls the front desk person while i'm on hold. Very professional and courteous from beginning to the end and my truck looks great. Also helps with enterprise is in the building also to get your rental if need. Very smooth process all the way around definitely recommend
I was heading out of town with I was in an accident. Between this company and my insurance company, Farm Bureau I was on the road with a rental the next day that evening. I needed this welcoming and professional service because I was experiencing a headache and aches so my patience was low.
