Gerber Collision was recommended after a rear-end collision. The front office staff was friendly. Ian, the estimator, was friendly and personable. We both have Sonatas and chatted a bit about how much we like them. He looked over my car with me and even pointed out damage that I did not catch at first. He also informed me that the insurance company may cover a new car seat since mine was in the car at the time of the accident. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was rear ended and needed an auto body repair shop. Gerber Collision on Ellicott Center Drive, was on their insurance company’s list of shops. From the minute I walked into the office to when I picked up my car, the service was amazing. You hope to never need a body shop but if you do, go here.
