Even if your insurance company advises you against it, don't take it to the insurance company. They exaggerate the damage to get more money from the insurance companies. They'll even claim parts that aren't actually broken are broken to get more money from the insurance companies. Their workmanship is terrible, and they don't care. Insurance companies need to be very wary of this company; they'll do anything to get more money. Don't take your car to the insurance company; I don't recommend it. (—0 Star)
Simply put THANK YOU! I am getting beyond fed up with people in MD backing into parking spaces. Being from Northern NJ we just pull in and get out. Well, not down here. Gerber Collision was recommended after a rear-end collision. The front office staff was friendly. Ian, the estimator, was friendly and personable. We both have Sonatas and chatted a bit about how much we like them. He looked over my car with me and even pointed out damage that I did not catch at first. He also informed me that the insurance company may cover a new car seat since mine was in the car at the time of the accident. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was rear ended and needed an auto body repair shop. Gerber Collision on Ellicott Center Drive, was on their insurance company’s list of shops. From the minute I walked into the office to when I picked up my car, the service was amazing. You hope to never need a body shop but if you do, go here.
