I can’t comment on their repair services, but the scheduling experience was disappointing. I was instructed to bring my car in for an estimate between 1:00 and 2:00 pm. When I arrived at 1:40, I was told I had to be there at 1:00 sharp and had missed it. The soonest they could reschedule was eight days later. Clearer communication would have saved me a wasted trip and a week’s delay.
We had a stellar experience working with Gerber. Someone hit my car and Gerber is a State Farm and enterprise partner. The process was incredibly smooth and user friendly from getting an estimate, dropping off the car and getting a rental through picking up my fixed car. Luis and Jon provided 1st class service and they did an outstanding job! Will definitely come back if we need repairs in the future. Thank you!
This location knocked it out of the park! My 2024 VW Tiguan took some damage on the rear passenger side. Luis and the team here at Gerber were communicative, professional, and had my car looking brand new! I can tell they took extra steps in caring for and maintaining my car that most places wouldn’t take. Really grateful thanks again.
