Changing to a 1 Star review. They are a GEICO Express service center, and they will estimate high so that your car will not get fixed. I have talked to other body shops that have stated that my quarter panel does not need to be replaced. It can be bent back into shape. This creates extra work that they can bill higher for. Now I am fighting with GEICO because this estimate was so high that GEICO believes my car is a total loss when in all actuality it is minor damage and they won't take any other shop's word for it. Long story short. Jennifer and the front desk staff are the nicest people! Couldn’t ask for nicer receptionists and helpful phone calls for updates and such. Got the loaner, no problem there. Over the course of 2 years I’ve been involved with 3 minor accidents in a few different cars, two mine and one of a friends…. Car 1: had to be repainted TWICE on the door because some issue with bubbles in the bondo they used. Color matched perfect, but issues with the body work itself.
