I had a little trouble with the tailgate & cover on my Ford F-150, which I had fixed at Gerber a few months ago. I stopped in and they fixed it IMMEDIATELY. I want to thank all of you for taking care of this in such a timely matter. Hopefully I do not HAVE TO have body work done on my truck again BUT IF I DO.... I will certainly be headed your way thanks again :)
I had a beyond excellent experience. My vehicle was done early, and looks great. Tiffany was incredible went above and beyond to help me out. My rental was ready for me and everything. Abby is amazing really sweet. Every time i called someone answered my questions and was very kind to my situation and empathetic. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Whoever Tiffany is answering the phones she’s gotta go to fast food or sum, she’s got attitude as if yall don’t pay her anything. Kick that snotty attitude to the curb.
