Actually, not sure how I felt about the shop. It was clean walking in. The receptionist greated me as well as the man to the right. The other gal that did my estimate on my car was rather aloof and disconnected. I was not frustrated just disappointed. I decided to take my car repair to Honda of Mentor.
Absolute hacks. I wouldn't suggest taking my car here if you care about it. My car was hit by a State Farm driver, and I took it to Gerber for an estimate to be repaired per State Farm's request/recommendation. Amber asked me about the damage my car sustained, then proceeded to ignore that information as she snapped photos, leaving several damaged items off of her estimate, and actually specifying the wrong grille for my car (a difference of over $600 for that part alone) even though we discussed issues with my adaptive crui... read more
I cannot express how happy I was with services at Gerber. Everyone was extremely kind and went above and beyond for me. I would give a billion stars if I could. Thank you!
