i would not recommend this company to anybody they do substandard work and the new manager is an idiot . they don't stand behind their work
They did a really crappy job on my Tacoma which was damaged in the july 2017 hail storm. Will NEVER go back to them.
Excellent job! They had my car back to me very fast. The paint matched perfect, they cleaned it beautifully! Very impressed.
Keith was GREAT to work with. He was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Even after I picked up my truck, and reported a minor issue that was not the fault of Falcon Collision Center, he offered to reimburse me for it if I had to pay to have the problem corrected. Keith knows how to take care of customers!

These guys are the BEST. They will investigate a problem, find solutions and go out of their way to help you. It is so refreshing to find a service company that is run with personal values as if they are helping a family member in every case. Their work is top notch and always friendly. You cannot go wrong taking your vehicle to Falcon Collision Center and meeting Tim or Keith! I highly recommend them.
