Chris at Earth Collision did an excellent job repairing my car. Having only five dents -- three in the hood and two on the roof, Chris initially thought they could get the dents out without replacing anything. Once they got the car in, Chris realized a new hood was needed, and he didn't hesitate. Renting a car provided by my insurance was easy, and I could do it right there. When I got my car today, I could not have been more pleased. Good job, Chris!
They painted my bumper the wrong color, and even that part didnt look good. When I told them it was wrong they actually tried to argue at first! I never get calls back from them. I have to call every time, even after I get a long apology, and a promise that I will get a status update. Each day I am told it is "in buff" and should be ready at 4. it never is. My advise is not to take your car here.
I recently had my BMW repaired here and I could not be happier with the results! They were very attentive and efficient. Everyone there is very friendly and very helpful, Tim Kelly kept calling me with updates and the repairs were impeccable! I would absolutely go back if I needed to!!
