RecommendedThis is the second time I've had body work done with Gerber, and I continued to be amazed with their fantastic customer service! I would recommend them to everyone. Dealing with insurance can be such a headache (we were hit by a drunk driver), but once I got to the repair portion - Roberto was so helpful! He explained everything in a way I could understand, helped deal with the other party's insurance company, and took care of my rental. It ended this sticky situation on a high note. :)
RecommendedThey kept me up to date on my vehicle every few days and they got it done before they estimated it to be done. The customer service is great. And I was happy to see that they even vacuumed out my car for me as well. I know I will also go to them for my car to be fixed.
