I had a work order scheduled through my insurance for a car accident. I was scheduled for a Wednesday, Gerber called me on Tuesday to move up my appointment to the same day (Tuesday) at 11am. I did what I could to get it ready but unfortunately was unable to clean out my car completely. When I got to the shop, they were initially very nice.
