I was just told they will NOT do an in person estimate of the car repair...they base it only on the online photos sent in AND THE PRICE WILL GO UP FROM THAT estimate. She said it even says the price will go up. No.problem...but they base the estimate on photos. How accurate can this be. Who trusts a company like this? What am I missing? So they throw out any estimate to me with no guarantee. I am to trust them with the repairs and the price WILL be higher than the estimate but who knows how much higher?
