Do not bring you car to them Please, Please, Please. They will not repair your car and they don’t stand behind there work. Although the work was guaranteed and had a warranty. My car does not stop. Yes does not stop when I’m in reverse. Stephen Murray stated it’s okay to do that sometimes, I said really. My car needs to stop on a dime every time. I would love to give them 0 stars. Please, please, please don’t bring your car to Heritage Collision Center. They do not stand behind there work. Although the work is under warranty. I began bringing my car in soon after the Repairs were done. However, they could never find any thing wrong with my car. Especially since they were the ones that repaired it. It’s almost like pulling teeth to get Stephen Murray to be honest about them diagnosing the car. They will also charge you for the diagnostics when the vehicle is being bro... read more
