They did an excellent job repairing my Ranger after I was rear-ended. They were prompt and very easy to work with.
I brought my car to Gerber Collision in Avon after a minor accident. I was disappointed by their dishonesty. They provided an initial estimate for the damages and my insurance sent me part of the total to pay them after the repair was complete ($716.60). A little later, my insurance also reimbursed me for the cost of towing the car to the shop ($245). At some point Gerber learned of that second payment, but not that it was for towing. What great experiences with Gerber! I've had to use them twice this year and each time was very professional, efficient, and everyone was very kind. Bonus each time: they thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of my car! So unexpected and not necessary but such a special touch. Highly recommend!
