They did an excellent job repairing my Ranger after I was rear-ended. They were prompt and very easy to work with.
I brought my car to Gerber Collision in Avon after a minor accident. I was disappointed by their dishonesty. They provided an initial estimate for the damages and my insurance sent me part of the total to pay them after the repair was complete ($716.60). A little later, my insurance also reimbursed me for the cost of towing the car to the shop ($245). At some point Gerber learned of that second payment, but not that it was for towing.
