Came in for a quote. They told me I'd receive it in 24 hours. Called back in 2 days later because nothing received. They told me that it's in the manager's account and I'd get it in a few hours. A few hours later I called back and was told that they didn't have photos of the damage which they had taken. In fact, they had never even done the estimate.
