Dwayne Sherman, at location on 43rd Ave and Glendale was a terrible person to deal with. He had a very condescending tone and likes to pass on the blame to others. I’ve never been treated the way this place treated me, very unprofessional. They have terrible communication with insurance and don’t like to own up to things. If I could give no stars I would. This company over charges insurance companies. They tripled the amount of a car part that I needed, to over charge my insurance company. The part didn’t work with my car and they refused to fix their mistake. I am stuck with a part I cannot use and missing the part I need. While they have an extra $3,500 in their pockets. This was the worst customer service experience I have every had. I hope that people read this review and stay away from this company.
Just brought my car in on Wednesday to have it repaired after I was rear ended. The staff took incredible care of me and kept in constant contact letting me know how things were going. Not only did they fix it, but they finished it a day early and you would never know that it was ever in an accident! Thank you, it looks amazing!!
GEOFF at GERBER was so fantastic. He did an extremely thorough evaluation of our needs and got us the best of the best. He really cared and was so professional. The car looks brand new! Everyone from reception to billing to the owner are so very nice.
