I had issues with my package delivery. I never received it, and I tried to contact them and they were not any help at all and at one point they just stopped replying like if the customer doesn’t matter at all. And I was reading some of the reviews and it seems like everybody’s having the same problem. I don’t know why this company is still running. I wish I would’ve read the reviews earlier.
Never had any issues with gerber until last month. Their customer service sucks!!! You are better off shopping at Walmart. I ordered clothes over a month ago, says it was delivered but upon looking at photo from delivery service, it was delivered to a completely different house. I sent proof to them and i still have not gotten my package or refund. They purposely do not answer the phone nor respond back to emails. Spend your money else where, don’t even purchase life insurance through them. Seen so many bad things.
