When our golden retriever suffered a serious injury at the groomer, the groomer’s insurance company offered to only pay a small portion of the significant medical bills even though it was 100% their negligence. If I could give her more stars, I would. We scheduled Calley for an initial consult. She gave us the news we did not want to hear (our chances of winning were not great) but ultimately gave us the closure we needed. She did not hang up the phone until she knew she had left us better off than we were. She went above and beyond in offering me resources outside of just legal advice. Truly an amazing person.
I've gone through a very traumatic event with my puppy suddenly and unexpectedly passing away. I was never offered the chance through autopsy to see what caused her death and did not know that this was an option or that it even existed until Calley told me about it.
