Update: they do good business and has gone through the steps the make things right and I'm confident in returning for repairs. I want to reiterate how fast they got my car in (despite being clearly busy) and the fact my A/C has never worked better! Old review: I was initially very satisfied with the care, the mechanics took the car even though they were booked up. They gave us an estimate and told us it'd be ready the end of the week. I went to Strickland Brothers today and they were super busy. I was surprised to see that there was only 2 people working, Blake and Nathaniel. They did a amazing job keeping up with traffic and yet still being very nice in the process. I am very pleased with my service and will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you again Blake and Nathaniel for your wonderful and kind service. I appreciate people like you it makes it a little easier for women to get things done without feeling weird.
