I’m so grateful for Brian and the team at Gerard’s! It’s December in NC and as you can imagine, it’s been getting cold. Just in time for the heat in my car to die. Brian was able to fit me in, same day, replace the radiator, a bunch of hoses AND saw the need for an oil change and fit it in. When I picked up my car that night, I had heat! Thank you very much Gerard’s! You have a customer for life!
Great shop. Excellent mechanics and superb diagnostics! But on top of that, good honest people! We recently moved out of the area and miss this great shop and people. I will be very hard pressed to find another shop like this. Thank you Brian,Frank & crew! God bless! John 14:6
This shop has always done me right. They always call me and let me know what the problem is before they make the repair. Make sure that I’m OK with the cost. Let me know whether it’s worth it or not. I have also recommended others to them and everyone has come back and said “thank you for the recommendation. They did a great job and they got me done quick.” Although with an automotive shop, this is not always the case and Gerard’s cannot guarantee that more than anyone else, they still have never let me down when I recommend... read more
