Amazing customer service awesome people, great price and inspected and diagnosed my car in a day and had it fixed and new tires the next day. Will be recommending to anyone I know that lives in Pueblo that needs a fair reliable mechanic.
Lol, Not very many reviews for being in business for almost 35 years? I feel like I got taken. Nothing got fixed, charged me $195 for what was actually 15 min of diagnostics? And wasted 2 hours of my time! Would I ever go here again, Absolutely Not!
Gerard Trujillo and his team at Gerard’s Automotive are truly incredible! Over the past few years, I’ve had the worst luck with my cars, and Gerard has always been there for me—handling everything from minor repairs to full engine replacements. Most recently, my car got stuck in a flood, and I had to deal with a difficult insurance claim. Gerard’s was able to help get a new engine in my Prius for less than half what Toyota quoted me. They worked overtime to make sure we were back on the road home to WI as quickly as possible. Excellent work and excellent customer service!
I would like to thank everyone down at Pueblo Auto Experts/ Gerard’s Automotive Group LLC. Honestly they made my car experience worth it not only did they understand my situation they wanted to make it better and help in the easiest way possible!!
