Absolute butcher job on brand new countertops I rarely leave reviews, but this needs to be said so nobody else gets burned like I did. What was supposed to be a clean, professional countertop install turned into a complete disaster. The workmanship is sloppy at best and negligent at worst. Edges are chipped and uneven, seams are poorly aligned, and there are visible gouges and patchwork that look like they tried to “fix” mistakes instead of doing it right the first time. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE! Extremely unprofessional company. Their work was shoddy, as they knowingly sealed granite counter in the rain making it gritty and gross feeling. Now they are trying to put a lien on my house when I paid for the counters in full through my GC. They should be suing the GC only, not dragging an innocent homeowner who paid in full in good-faith into his legal battle with the GC. UNPROFESSIONAL & HOSTILE FOR NO REASON I would give 0 Stars if I could, as a small business owner, I certainly understand the importance of a good Customer Service, so when I say this has been the most disappointing experience, I’m flabbergasted.
