HOMEOWNERS BEWARE! Extremely unprofessional company. Their work was shoddy, as they knowingly sealed granite counter in the rain making it gritty and gross feeling. Now they are trying to put a lien on my house when I paid for the counters in full through my GC. They should be suing the GC only, not dragging an innocent homeowner who paid in full in good-faith into his legal battle with the GC. UNPROFESSIONAL & HOSTILE FOR NO REASON I would give 0 Stars if I could, as a small business owner, I certainly understand the importance of a good Customer Service, so when I say this has been the most disappointing experience, I’m flabbergasted. Follow up seems to nonexistent, appointment Friday after 1pm, said would receive call when on their way, no call by 2:30pm so I called them and was told Gerardo (The Owner) has an emergency doctors appointment at 3pm wow so if I hadn’t called then what a no show? 2nd appointment thi... read more
