UNPROFESSIONAL & HOSTILE FOR NO REASON I would give 0 Stars if I could, as a small business owner, I certainly understand the importance of a good Customer Service, so when I say this has been the most disappointing experience, I’m flabbergasted. Great workmanship. Nice people to deal with. As a small business owner, I appreciate this family owned and operated company.
They did a fantastic job, staff in office to contractors were amazing . Office staff always got back to you in a timely fashion and communicated with you. Contactors were always on time and work diligently, cleaned up after and put down protective material on the floor while working. I have and will recommend this business to all friends and family. Excellent work and the plumbing that they recommend Gemini was also great and on time and cleaned up after himself and even took old sink. Great work
NEVER USE THEM... I strongly advise against utilizing the services of this business. I visited their establishment while searching for a granite countertop for my kitchen. My intent was to have them fabricate and install a granite countertop. However, they presented me with a generic contract and exerted undue pressure for me to sign it and submit payment immediately.
