Very bad experience. I called first to confirm I could bring in a crashed car, and they said yes, so I paid for a tow truck based on that. They told me they would call me within an hour with an estimate, but I never got a call. I came back the next day and the car was still parked there, not even inspected. After wasting my time and money, I decided to take my car elsewhere. Poor communication, unprofessional service, and I do not recommend this shop.
The best mechanic ever
I had a really great experience here. You can tell right away they know what they’re doing and actually care about their customers. The mechanic was honest, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary.
