I would recommend STA to anyone. We had back to back closings within 24 hours of each other and Gerardo was available for all of our questions, went above and beyond to advocate for us and make the process and seamless as possible. He is very responsive. He is honest and I felt that he always had our best interests in mind. He would always explain our options so that we would make the best educated decision. We are so happy with how everything turned out and am recommending him to everyone I know.
Great working with Gerardo. My clients were pleased as well. Very professional, great communication (also available) and hardworking. His diligence and knowledge of the market allowed him to bring a much higher than expected offer to the seller and in just 24 hrs. If you're in the market for an above average realtor, give Gerardo a try!
I enjoyed working with Gerardo. His tips saved my family from making mistakes while buying a house. I can recommend Gerardo to everyone, especially lost, first-time buyers. I'll hire him again if I ever need to buy another property.Gerardo is by far the most knowledgable realtor, I've ever worked with.
